About Us
The Pragati Institute of Education & Training (PIET) is a unit of the Pragati Educational & Welfare Society that has been running a Senior Secondary School called Pragati Public School since 2000. The Institute is devoted to the cause of preparing quality teachers for different stages of school education. Since its establishment in 2005, PIET students have shown excellent results bringing glory to the institute as well as for themselves. All the students have found placement in the MCD, Anganbadi and Private School.
Mentors
PIET is run under the guidance of reputed educationists and experienced teachers, namely Prof. A.K. Sharma, former Director NCERT, Late Prof. G.L. Arora, Former Head Department of Teacher Education, NCERT, Dr. Updesh Bevli, Former Professor, Early Childhood Education, NCERT and ECE experts Ms. Geeta Dudeja and Mrs. Renu Malhotra and Ms. Poonam Manshani, nominee of the parents group.
